At Sequro Travel, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all services including hotel and flight bookings.
1. General Refund Rules
- Payment deducted but booking fails
- Service cancelled within allowed cancellation window
- Duplicate transaction charged
- Technical error from system or gateway
- Service provider cancels the booking
Note: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
2. Hotel Booking Refund
- Free cancellation depends on individual hotel policy
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund
- No-show cases may attract 100% cancellation charges
3. Flight (Air Ticket) Booking Refund
- Refund depends on airline fare rules
- Some tickets are fully non-refundable
- Airline cancellation charges apply
- If airline cancels flight, full refund will be processed
- Service and convenience fees are non-refundable
4. Failed Transactions
- Refund initiated automatically by system/payment gateway
- Amount credited within 5–7 working days
- Actual credit time may vary depending on bank

- Booking ID / Transaction ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation
6. Final Authority
Sequro Travel Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on
service provider policies, fraud prevention checks, and applicable terms & conditions.
