1. General Refund Rules

  • Payment deducted but booking fails
  • Service cancelled within allowed cancellation window
  • Duplicate transaction charged
  • Technical error from system or gateway
  • Service provider cancels the booking

Note: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.

2. Hotel Booking Refund

  • Free cancellation depends on individual hotel policy
  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund
  • No-show cases may attract 100% cancellation charges

3. Flight (Air Ticket) Booking Refund

  • Refund depends on airline fare rules
  • Some tickets are fully non-refundable
  • Airline cancellation charges apply
  • If airline cancels flight, full refund will be processed
  • Service and convenience fees are non-refundable

4. Failed Transactions

  • Refund initiated automatically by system/payment gateway
  • Amount credited within 5–7 working days
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on bank
